Two telephone interviews, first with general HR and then with the BU specific HR. First interview was very high level. The positives were that is was very two-way. Cut through the chase they were upfront with what the role was and wasn't and likewise I got good responses on my key questions. by the second interview the role had either changed or was more accurately described by the BU HR person. There were some significant differences.
