The interview process consists of telephonic and face to face interview. The interviews are rigourous and long. The process applies the necessary rigor to assess the candidates for suitable experience and right skills to get the right job fit. For fresh hires there could be written aptitude tests for skill and aptitude assessment.

Face-to-face interview featuring 30min example based competency interview, 30min experience interview, 30min technical interview and 30min presentation on predetermined subject.

All interviews face-to-face: one general CV and competancy-based interview with 2 managers, one with 2 more people related to the job, gave one presentation and had one more interview with the area's Director. Overall the process was long but worthwhile.
