Started with an HR phone interview which was friendly and the usual questions about background and career motivation. Onsite interview with the current head of Internal Audit, Roberto, put on the pressure with some good interview questions that simulated a hostile auditee. This helped me understand how IA would be received during the audits, and helped me make the decision to keep my search going.
