      The overall interview process felt unnecessarily prolonged and disorganized. I was initially contacted by a recruiter and provided with a detailed job description. However, due to scheduling conflicts on the company’s side, the process stretched across nearly three months of back-and-forth communication before interviews were completed. The first virtual interview went well and seemed promising. Weeks later, I was scheduled for both a panel interview and a separate individual interview. Unfortunately, only one person attended the scheduled panel interview, which defeated the purpose of organizing it as a panel in the first place. Additionally, the panel and individual interviews could have easily been consolidated into a single meeting, as many of the questions were repetitive. Throughout the process, it did not seem as though there was full clarity around what the team was looking for in a candidate. This contributed to a sense of inconsistency and lack of direction. Overall, the experience felt chaotic and inefficient, with significant time investment required for what could have been a much more streamlined and structured process.
