The interview process was as follows: - Apply via API - Submit programming exercise (very practical, not algorithms focused, pretty fun) - First interview with prospective team mates - Second interview with CEO (Adam) - Offer letter The whole process took a little over 1 week from start to finish. It was honestly the best interview process I've ever experienced - it felt organized, fast, and non-arbitrary.
