Very poor, ritualised exercises that had little intrinsic relevance to the job advertised. Some employees very rude and management/CEO dismissive. If you require your interviewees to read a stifling script with no real world relevancy and as fantastical as Narnia in it's writing you're clearly not hiring for expertise; felt that they looked more for compliance than any relevant skillset to the job at hand. Reviews online in threads about missing payments and insurance pay-outs withheld for months made me tentative before arrival, experience in their head office affirmed it afterwards.

Goals, introductions, script reading - terribly written, was not expecting Cyrano de Bergerac but neither expected long-drawn out drivel with no insight into the job either.

Entrevista
Group interview lasting 3 hours. Very old school line of questioning. It was like interviewing for a sales job in 1990. Elevator pitch, what would you do with X amount of money etc Interview started 5pm finished 8pm. 3 jugs of water between 15 people. No refill, no tea or coffee, no fruit etc. The whole place was like a time machine back into my first sales jobs. They were only looking for easy to mould, wolf of wall street, white gold types. No critical thinkers, nothing outside of a very small box they had designed their interview strategy around. Bums on seats, reading scripts, that's all.
