The process started with a video call with the recruiter who asked general questions. Then it continued with meeting on video call an HR person and a development team member, this was more about the company, their teams and processes and about my experiences and projects, plus some behavioural questions. It continued with a timed assignment with 6 small hacherrank like (actually easier) questions, and an onsite interview. I wasn't prepared for this one which turned out to be a full technical interview with very detailed questions about the assignment plus some system design like tasks. I kind of lacked the HR details about the type of the interview which was on the line, but otherwise the communication was clear and timely. I connected with most interviewers and it was a nice conversation, except I found one interviewer political references and several interruptions during the interview a bit repulsive. Overall, it looks like an ok company, with a relatively young, international development team in an otherwise Dutch company.
