The interview process with every real estate company I've dealt with over 12 years has been different. Some are casual, some are more formal, and some are some combination of both. Interviewing with the Broker/Owner of Realty Direct, we met over coffee with himself and his chief recruiter. We talked business and he vetted me on how much actual experience I had. I felt very much at ease, and the owner was easy to talk to.
