The process was quick and very straightforward. One initial phone interview to know about the background and company fit followed by an online coding round. The coding round though was on a not so comfortable platform. The position was thereafter removed due to hiring freeze.

I applied online and after i get the interest form HR, we try to arrange a call.
They stopped to reply definitely.
I think this is a characteristic of a company that can’t manage time well and/or have communication problems.
