I applied to Realtime Agency on August 8 and was contacted by a recruiting manager after 15 days. We scheduled an initial HR interview, which lasted about an hour. I found the company appealing, and the recruiter mentioned being impressed with my background. After the first interview, I completed an Excel test, which I passed successfully. However, I experienced a 14-day gap before hearing back. Eventually, I was informed that I had been shortlisted for the second round with the hiring manager. This interview went well, and I received positive feedback. Three days later, I was invited to the final round, which involved completing a task and presenting it. The task was sent 24 hours before the scheduled interview, creating a tight timeline. I worked overnight to complete it and gave my best effort during the presentation. The panel seemed appreciative and assured me of feedback within three days. Despite this, I was ghosted for two weeks with no updates. The job was later reposted and remains open. This experience has made me question applying to companies that lack transparency and timely communication.
