I had my interview for a supervisors position with Abi the Store Manager at the Warrington Store. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Her passion and enthusiasm for the company was so amazing. Real Buzz does sound like a company you can progress within, if you show hardwork and dedication. I came out of the interview feeling very postive. I also met the store Assistant Manager Dennis, again very pleasent and seemed very happy. The Warrington store has a lovely atmosphere and team.

Interview was really informal and the questions asked were not too challenging.
Plenty of opportunities to ask questions about the store, the company.
One on one interview with the store manager that lasted about 20-30 minutes but just a general chat.
