2 steps with a panel interview with manager and director. All virtual interviews. Interviewers were not really interested in. Not a difficult interview but did ask the technical and behavior questions.

I had such a positive interview experience with RealTruck. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and organized. What stood out the most was the consistent communication — I never had to wonder where I stood or what the next step would be.

One thing they asked me about was their goal to invest in growing the team. Right now, they have one AR specialist who is currently in school and developing her skills. My manager mentioned that she’d love for me to help mentor her so she can grow into an accountant in the near future and eventually support me — which would also allow me to take on larger responsibilities and take more off my manager’s plate. And I really loved that. It showed me my manager’s genuine intention to invest in her team — not just in the work we do, but in each of us as professionals and people.
