The process has four steps:
1. Phone screen with recruiter.
2. Phone interview with hiring manager.
3. Three hours of 1:1 meetings (with the hiring manager and other positions related to the vacancy)
4. 1:1 with the CEO.
The interview process, especially the 1:1s, was a great experience and taught me everything I needed to know about RealSelf. They knew exactly how this new position would fit into RealSelf and there was excitement on the possibilities for future projects. Had I received an offer, accepting would have been an easy decision. My only suggestion for the process would be to schedule a break for the candidate in the middle of the 1:1s.
