Applied through LinkedIn for QA automation role, process took two days. First day had telephonic discussion with the recruiter and discussed about my profile and company profile, second day there were two technical, one managerial interviews and HR discussion. Got offer on the same day

3 rounds of interview was conducted which was very technical and 2 rounds of HR. They said I am selected and join in week time. Suddenly got a mail that I am over qualified for the position and so not proceeding with the offer. Very Very bad experience.

The Interview process quick than other companies,it took just 2weeks to get an offer.
The HR's are very good and very help full in handlings the entire interview process .
They have a very good and clear style of interviewing the candidate based on his/her experieince.
