Initial interview for the Financial Analyst role was with the recruiter for about 15-20 minutes. They were very personable and friendly, but they didn't come prepared, as they couldn't tell me what the day-to-day looked like or really much about the job in general. They ended up scheduling me for a panel interview for the second round with some higher-ups, who were all very professional and nice. Little did I know, the Financial Analyst position I applied for suddenly became a Senior FP&A Analyst position in the panel interview, which is very much out of my realm & experience, so needless to say we ended the interview about mid-way through because I wasn't the right person for the job based on my lack of knowledge in the technical questions. Overall pretty embarrassing candidate experience, 0/10 would recommend (unless qualified).
