There was a phone interview followed by an in-person interview. The interview process consisted of a mock phone call, a mock e-mail, Excel formulations and some Adobe photo editing. I was asked to submit a writing sample and was told I would be given instructions via e-mail but never received the e-mail prior to the interview. I followed up prior to the interview to let the company know I had not receive the e-mail. During the interview I was told that I was not the only one who didn't receive the e-mail. I was told my references would be checked and that I would be contacted the following Wednesday, but never received a call after the interview. I had followed up the day after the interview with another writing sample and a thank-you. I think their failure to send an instructional E-mail and notify applicants of their final decision is important to note because it speaks to a lack of professionalism and is an indicator that this company may not be very organized.
