First interview was by phone with Director of Operations. Questions were average. Company & pay sounded great. Second interview was in person at the office, with one CEO & the DO. Questions were the same. Third interview was with two CEO's and the DO. Exact same questions were asked with the expectation of establishing consistency among the entire interview process. Tests are given, depending on job title. Note: There are deliberate attempts made by the CEO's to intimidate potential employees during their interviews. But even if you do well and they offer you an employment agreement they can still renege on it if you start asking questions about it. Horrible company. Seriously. Read the reviews. Stay away.
