Though the owner was late to my interview, they clearly reviewed my work experience; it was more of a conversation (no typical interview questions) about the position and the timeline for getting certification (since I was not certified at the time). The owner asked me if everything seemed good with the job and put me on the spot by offering me the position. That was the first red flag I deliberately ignored.
