Horribly unprofessional. I had a phone screening with HR on a Friday and was told I'd hear about next steps by the following Wednesday. No one reached out until late Thursday, when I was finally told they wanted to move to a second interview. I scheduled a time with the Sr. Manager for the following Thursday, working it into my schedule based on their open availability. Then, on the Monday of the interview week—three days before my interview—I got a rejection email saying they’d filled the role. A complete waste of my time with zero regard for me as a candidate.
