Took place in a conference room with 3 people. The Recruiter, HR and VP of Ops. Very professional. I was nervous, but they made me feel at ease. No pressure.

Received an email back the day after I applied, arranged to interview 4 days later. Seems that employee turnover is incredibly high and the manager was not prepared to interview.
