Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Real (New York, NY) en ago 2023

A recruiter reached out to me about this position. The first step is to do a take home assessment. I spent about 8 hours working on this assessment only to be rejected without any constructive feedback. The assessment is to create a react app to access github's api and create some pages then submit the project. They ask for code organization, unit tests, and mobile responsiveness, multiple pages, unit tests, and a write up explaining the solution. After doing the assignment, fulfilling all the criteria, and submitting it on time, I didn't hear anything back. I followed up with the recruiter a week later. I then was informed that they rejected my application with some very non-specific feedback. I pressed for more details but only got more non-specific feedback. Based on some other reviews, it seems my experience is not unique so I would recommend steering clear to avoid wasting time and effort.

Recruiter screen followed by a lengthy take home project with vague requirements. Prepare to be ghosted after dedicating significant time into the project. One of the worst interview experiences I've encountered but it is probably for the best as they're looking for a single US dev to manage a team of outsourced devs.

Another victim of a failed interview process. Started out with a quick phone screen with the "recruiter" and went directly into the coding assignment. I completed the assignment and went above and beyond the requirements within 3 days of receiving it. No feedback, no call, and my coding assignment is still in "awaiting review" status. I was denied before they even looked at it. Stay away from this absolute nightmare of a company.

Echoing the reviews already here. After a brief recruiter phone call I was given a take home coding assignment revolving around the github users API. The default time was 7 days but the recruiter suggested they wanted to make a decision soon and that I should try to complete it within 3 days. The assignment involved some basic actions around API fetching and data display but included highly nebulous additional reqs like making it "production ready" and that styling would be "low to moderately rated" without style guidelines or mockups. I completed the assignment within 1 day to ensure time and was rejected without reason several days later. No feedback or even a call, just template email. Felt like a total waste of time and the recruiter suggested that the final team structure of a couple of stateside lead FE devs to corral 20+ Indian devs sounds like a clownshow. I suggest avoiding.
