After submitting resume, took a long personality and skill test online. I was contacted by email by a recruiter and had a phone interview with that recruiter. That recruiter set up an in-person nterview in their Lodo office. Their I met with the hiring manager and the HR manager for what they called a "talent" interview. I was contacted the following week by the initial recruiter who notified me that I did not make a cut for the second round (AKA "fit" interview) because I was overqualified for the position.
