After two screener phone interviews, I was interviewed by the whole team, with a separate interview with my direct manager and another with the CEO. The team interview included questions from each team member and ranged from my writing approach to my philosophy about lead generation strategies. The CEO interview primarily focused on industry knowledge. My manager interview focused on strategy and metrics.
