It was fast all completed within one hour. Asked the standard basic questions regarding where i saw myself bit but they did ask me point blank if i planned on staying because they were looking for someone to commit for at least a year. They had a couple of positions they were looking to fill and wanted to know which one was more appealing to me and we discussed the hours and responsibilities of each. Afterwards they asked for my references and said they would get back to me. After three days they contacted me thru email with a job offer letter
