I went through 5 rounds of interviews and a job simulation activity. The process took 1 month. After the final interview I was told that I would hear back the following week. I never did. I followed up with both the hiring manager and the recruiter twice and still no response. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful from a national organization. Even a canned rejection would be better than nothing.
