Got interviewed by a senior designer and a design manager, and they were really patient with what I had to say and were very interested in knowing more about me. The process was very thorough, which also included portfolio and task round. I would say it was a good experience.

- Portfolio review
- Design task review
- Interview with your hiring manager
- Additional interview if required in this case, with the marketing team

-Take us through your projects
-Briefly explain your design process
-Additional questions related to your portfolio
2nd interview:
-Take us through your design task
-How did you try to solve the problem (they focus more on how you manage to solve the problem more than the final design output, nevertheless your final output should be kickass and look aesthetically pleasing )
-Two short on the spot design tasks
-One website UI review (in my case)
3rd interview:
-Talk about yourself, your interests, future goals
-Why Razorpay?
-How do you work in case of a conflict ?
-How do you like to work in general ?
-Do you like working in a team setup?
-Do you have any questions for us?
