I interviewed for a position in gurgaon India. 4 rounds including an assignment. Very basic interview process with no difficult questions. Everything went well but still got rejected after last round without any reasons. No explanation or feedback was given. I felt a clear gap between the job description and requirement by cofounder/ VP-technology. After all these rounds and time taking assignment I at least expected HR to proved a proper feedback.
