I first had a pre-screening interview with HR. They were basic questions about my previous experience. I had a virtual interview via Zoom with 2 other engineers. I was told during the interview that due to amount of candidates there were this was more of a pre-screening interview. We reviewed my resume and how my previous experience would apply to this role. I was contacted to have another virtual interview via zoom, but it took some time (about 2 weeks) due to a lack of eligible interviewers. We discussed more about my previous experience from my resume. There were no technical questions. They were more interested in how i could apply my previous knowledge in this role. The next day HR contacted me saying they had an offer for me.
