After applying online, I was contacted by a recruiter. We had a 30 minute screening interview, and then an on-site interview was set up with the hiring manager. One of the members of the team also joined. Pretty standard questions on experience and how that experience fit the role.

Phone call with the recruiter, was about 30 minutes in total to gauge the fit between both my skills and the requirements of the role. It was casual and had a very free flowing feel to the conversation.

Behavioral and situational interview. Questions centered around customer interface, relationships, leading teams, and solving hard problems. The particular interviewers wanted examples that reflect what is mentioned on the resume. Overall good interview.

Entrevista
It was straightforward and transparent. Questions were relevant and directly related to the position. There was a small panel and I was made to feel comfortable. The interview started on time and lasted a little over 90 minutes.
