Absolutely the worst interview I have been to. Both the recruiters were rude. One was in a t-shirt and the other just did not want to be there. I am getting my Masters so I made it clear that I was applying for an internship, but somehow they were too incompetent to even be able to know that much. They were unprepared and didn't have an idea what questions they wanted to even ask. The whole time they seemed annoyed that I can handle a lot in school and maintain good grades. It seems like the interviewers themselves were incapable individuals in college so seeing someone better than them really hurt their ego and that was evident by the way they were acting. I tried to remain professional, but instead they started to rant about how I should become a teacher and not work there. It seemed like they were just trying to convince themselves I wasn't a fit. The finance department at Raytheon in Tucson has a habit of only hiring white males with blonde hair. Definitely the worst interview experience of my life! Another thing they would do because they were so unprepared is just throw a bunch of questions that were unrelated and wanted me to somehow remember all of them. It was clear they were not going to hire me from the start because I did not fit their white male criteria. They had no questions prepared either, so the man (who showed up in a t-shirt) was just rambling on and would create random questions that made no sense. Very unprofessional!

I only got to the first stage which was a self recorded interview, some simple questions, make sure to dress well and have a clean background. I found it awkward as there was nobody to talk to but it was an experience builder for sure.
