Sat down with three section heads and their manager. Two section heads asked general and technical questions, one asked the stereotypical questions most people dread getting, like what is your biggest weakness/regret, explain how you handled a conflict with a co-worker, etc. The manager asked other random questions that were mostly relevant, but were more geared towards personality, reaction to the unexpected, and let him understand how you would fit in with the team. As I was walked out of the building by one of the section heads, I was told not to counter the offer otherwise it would be rescinded. I was pleasantly surprised by the offer and wouldn't have countered anyways.
