I was a usual 30 minute zoom interview, mostly covered behavioral questions. I liked how the interviewer gave an introductions of the amenities of working at Raytheon such as Raytheon having their own gym and parking garage.

Interviewers were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The recruitment team was extremely efficient extending an offer letter roughly 48 hours after submitting an application. Recruitment team scheduled my interview within 36 hours of submitting my application.
It was a simple panel style interview with three interviewers. They asked about projects on my resume and a few questions regarding the programming languages specific to the job description.
