Usually 3 people will interview you but right now, dont worry bc they need people so bad you will get hired. If you need a job, go to tica. If you dont mind getting trained by someone that's not a good trainer and u dont mind learning stuff on your own then go to tica. If you dont mind your coworkers walking off and leaving their process unattended while you do your work and theirs then GO TO TICA!!
