Met with HR, CEO who was interested in pushing a contract to say that the employee must be available at any time of the day and weekends. In brief, Travel to Bakersfield is mandatory. There is no Director of Nursing therefore no one qualified to make sure that standards are being met. Management has no nursing experience. New grads are working there.

Very profesional and the HR /CEO where amazingly kind and warm.. the asked questions with ease and you could tell how well seasoned they where (experience).. they held a certain profesionalism with class. In turn they have me an offer letter letting me know everything up front so that there wasn’t anything hidden after I was hired. I thought that was outstanding if the company !
