It took one month from the submission of my resume to receive an invitation for an initial interview. The interview process consisted of two rounds: the first with the recruiter, followed by meetings with the hiring manager and another individual holding the same position for which I applied. Throughout the process, the communication was exceptionally clear, and the recruiter consistently provided updates and showed kindness. Additionally, I received feedback after my final interview. However, despite the positive experience, they ultimately selected an internal candidate for the position.
