Applied online after speaking with campus recruiters. Got an interview scheduled after about 2 weeks. Had to complete an online personality assessment. Next step was a 30 minute phone interview. Walked the recruiter through my resume and answered behavioral questions. This was my first ever job interview (still in school), and I wasn't adequately prepared for the behavioral questions. Found out about a week later that I wouldn't advance to the next round. Decent experience and not a hard interview if you're prepared for the behavioral questions.
