The standard HR interview prior to being accepted for departmental interview. Next was the departmental interview that consisted of 5 individual 1-on-1 interviews instead of a 5 person board. Typical high pace environment. Managers were running at high speed and mostly didn't have time slotted for a full-on interview, which is understandable with the environment.
