Interview for local branch in NJ. Was done over zoom. It was entirely behavioral, but it was a bit difficult in my opinion. Interviewer dug really deep with follow up questions to my answers.

Tell me about yourself, what would your coach say about you outside of sports (this was a follow up question to when I stated I wrestled in high school).
Sit you down and walk you through a cold call script process and explain your day to day work. You'll call someone from a list and see how you do. Relatively straightforward and easy. for the role.

2 Rounds. Intro call for around 30 min and 2nd round was over Zoom for 30 min with 4 people the MD, VP, Business Coordinator, and Financial Advisor. Very standard lots of behavioral questions and some skill set questions.

Was in introductory behavioral interview with a member of the team. They asked me to tell them about myself and why I was interested in wealth management. They allowed for time for questions and they were direct in letting me know next steps.
