Applied through college's career website; first round interview on campus, superday at location in Houston office. First round was an associate and MD, superday was with entire Houston office and five members of Dallas office

Basic techs- depreciation flowing through 3 financials, why debt is cheaper than equity, several brain teasers, market segmenting
Decent process. Couple of rouge questions but overall good. On the telephone interview, I spoke about a Raymond James deal and they then asked about it in the follow up interview, but for another Raymond James deal.

You meet with around 8 VPs/Associates and have a mix of behavorial and technical questions with each for 30 minutes. Some of the lower level associates grilled technicals while many of the VPs were more informal.

3 rounds - phone call with recruiter then video interview, after that an AC with RJ. AC mainly motivational not many technicals, more technicals in video interview with the recruiters.
