Initial HR Recruiter and subsequent hiring manager Interviews went great. Hiring Manager even said to look for a 2nd IV with her technical team. Then I received a request for your standard "Myers Briggs" type psychology test. Two days later I got a "No Thank You". Now this is a job I have literally been doing for 20 years, and could do with both hands tied behind my back. But because of some BS "psyche" test I can't do it!! Screw them! If all you care about is brainwashing people over actual Skill Level, you are a crappy place to work. I guess the rumors of being a sweatshop are true! Do me a favor and lose my number!
