We have recently put in place weekly training sessions for all staff, partly as part of our commitment to individual development but also to address any issues around candidate care. We would dispute your view that the 'process was ridiculous and clearly run by amateurs'. Since being founded we have run well over 100 academies for clients across the UK with the vast majority - of both clients & candidates - having a positive experience. Our process is not similar to 'traditional' recruitment processes but this is clearly explained on our website & by our consultants at interview stage. Our process is designed to provide candidates with the best opportunity to showcase their ability instead of being judged on their CV, past experience or education.
