I had the initial phone call with the recruiter. The phone call lasted about 20 minutes where we talked about my skills and experiences and the interview process. Nice conversation. Recruiter asked me to email my availability for the next round of interviews and I emailed him within an hour.
A week went by where I didn’t hear back so I sent another email to follow up. The recruiter responded a couple days later and said they had been busy and asked me to send additional availability for the next week. None of my available times worked for them so he asked if I could do a call over my lunch break. I agreed to do the phone call over lunch but I never heard back. It was a very unprofessional and negative experience.
We appreciate the time you spent with our team. Our goal is to always provide a positive interview experience, and we're sorry to hear that we fell short. We will review our processes to ensure this type of interaction doesn't happen again. Thank you for the feedback, and we hope you will consider opportunities with Raven again in the future.

Entrevista
Was very laid back and comfortable. Some technical questions (like expected) but were very patient and keen to see problem-solving methods rather than the correct answer. I liked that there was a lot of emphasis on non-technical questions relating to the person. Was able to let them know if I didn't know something, I would be able and willing to learn it.

It was a technical question relating to indexing multiple arrays with lookup-time constraints. Don't remember a lot of it but it was fairly vague.
