Very good, thorough and good level of questions, not too rushed - just the right tempo. A mix of technical and soft skills. The interviewer was very nice. Overall a positive experience.

There was a psychometric test first which went fine. It was the weirdest part of the interview process for me. After that was an on site interview which 2 tech leads from 2 different teams. They left me alone for about an hour to complete an example program. This was fine with me as having someone hovering over me (as opposed to actual pairing) makes me anxious, as I'm sure it would for others. Afterwards we discussed the program and some other questions. It was a really nice chat and I didn't feel grilled at all. They were very welcoming and invited me back should I want to look at the office and meet more people there. The dev manager called me as he wasn't available at the time of the interview and I appreciated it outlook towards work which was that it should be worthwhile and enjoyable. I ultimately declined as I decided to take a job with another tech stack to expand my skills but this was purely the only reason and I'd invite anyone who is looking for company with some friendly people to try them out.
