      Entrevista

      I would advise against interviewing with this company. The process took over a month, and it was unclear from the beginning. Despite HR initially mentioning two rounds, it escalated to 8 rounds, causing confusion. After successfully navigating the case study, hiring manager, technical, and final rounds, the company unexpectedly introduced an aptitude test requiring an 80% score in each category, leading to frustration. My suggestion is for the company to conduct the aptitude test at the beginning of the process. Additionally, HR requested payslips and documents, only to schedule another "final round," leaving the hiring team uncertain. Spending an hour in another interview, the team remained indecisive. I am dissatisfied with this company and its hiring process, and I recommend others not to pursue opportunities with them to avoid wasting time on a disorganized and lengthy procedure for even a small role, as reputable Fortune companies typically do not subject candidates to such a prolonged and confusing process.
