Nice chat with a manager before taking a challenging technical technical round. Bizarre process where it was administered by an HR person. I nailed 95% of it but was surprised at how she practically refused to speak the entire time. Usually I've had even harder interviews where the interviewer will offer a tip every now and then.

Question about extracting normal text from two long strings with random punctuation symbols in it, then if its a match, showing the count of each letter in object form. if they're not a match, show in an array all the words that they differ by. Very challenging to get that last part, and the interviewer never said a word to help.

Fantastic chat with recruiter and hiring manager for the position. Experience and skills aligned very well with the opening.
Process was smooth and friendly with 5 rounds (Recruiter screen, DSA, Hiring Manager, Director, DSA, Project Deep Dive). Felt great coming out of the final loop but unfortunately application was decided not to be pursued further. Generic rejection email after a few days with no feedback.

1st, a take-home assignment. Then 6 rounds of interviews: hiring manager, coding, system design, code review, behavior, etc.. The recruiter was extremely excited to get me on board in the interview stages after my take-home assignment. After all stages of interviews, I got no response back and the recruiter ghosted me. Such a lack of professionalism

Dup0licated questions from different stages, such as: how do you handle a situation when you don't have data to work with? Coding exercise was to check for balanced brackets in an expression. System design was to design Spotify
