Very disorganized and disrespectful interviewing process: 1. Got reached through LinkedIn to apply to an undefined position. 2. I had an interview with the leader of the unit over the phone. 3. Got asked to do a 3-hour online exam and a slide deck for a strategy question. 4. Went through 6 additional interviews with most of the team members. 5. After not being contacted for 2 weeks I reached out to them, got told I was a great candidate and they wanted to extend an offer. They asked for my salary expectations, to which I replied what I had received from another offer, and got ghosted. No reply or follow-up for more than a month now. Very disrespectful way to treat applicants, especially after such a large time investment in the process.
