The interviewer turned up five 5 minutes late, then walked out and spent another 10 minutes getting my CV. He asked me how my name was pronounced, where I was from and said 'tell me about your previous roles'. 10 minutes into the interview he just came out with 'I'm sorry but this isn't going to work you're not the right fit' and got up and walked out the room. I remained seated for a few seconds as I was in awe and disbelief at the sheer and utter unprofessionalism and disrespect. I then followed him out, thanked him for his time and left. I am a senior sales professional with over a decade's worth of experience in interviewing and hiring people and can safely say, I have never experienced anything like it. To say I am disgusted at the treatment I received, would be an utter understatement. Avoid.
