They take 2 round of aptitude and one round of technical in which most of questions are from C and JAVA and after that one normal paper of internet related general awareness ... compay is good they give refreshment after all this round .. but they sometimes company missed so much of good talent in all this process ... Aptitude is important but what about them who prefer programming rather then aptitude .. same happens with me .. me and my friend we both give the exam but i not able to clear this aptitude round but my friend did it ... But here he is zero in programming and i did lots of projects in machine learning and python ... after all this aptitude round they take python related questions test .. in which my friend was out ... I think company should improve his hiring process
