      Certainly. Here's the description rewritten in the first person: The interview process was a prescreen. It was easy, specific, and very focused on my immigration status and ability to work immediately without any need for sponsorship. The company is clearly looking for immediate job seekers, and they don't offer any sponsorship options. I felt that the prescreener was more interested in quickly eliminating applicants rather than thoroughly exploring my qualifications. Her approach seemed aimed at keeping only the most readily available candidates who are qualified, experienced, and able to start work immediately. During the prescreen, the interviewer asked me about: 1. My immigration status and ability to work without sponsorship 2. My ability to relocate 3. My general work experience 4. My reasons for seeking a new job The process felt designed to efficiently filter out candidates like me who might require additional time or resources to onboard, focusing instead on those who could fill the position immediately. At the end of the interview, the prescreener told me that I may contact her after getting my OPT (Optional Practical Training) approved. Overall, I found her to be OK, but not very welcoming or professional. I didn't feel like she was truly focused on finding the right applicant for the right position, which I believe should be the core responsibility of any recruiter's job. This experience left me feeling that the prescreen was more of a quick filtering process rather than a comprehensive evaluation of my potential fit for the role and the company.

      Hi, thanks for the feedback, we will use it to get better. Unfortunately we do need to fill many jobs quickly and the pre-screen is a quick filtering/qualification step although it sounds like we need to do a better job being welcoming and professional. We try to help everyone as much as we can but sometimes get caught up in the rush to fill a job. Also, we do sponsor non-US persons to come to the US and work. Sorry for the confusion.
