The HR is very unprofessional and the overall interview experience is rather poor. The first round was a python assignment and after submission, it took 3 weeks to hear back from them. After that, a HR person sets up a call and asks whether I am interviewing else where. When I said yes, he said they are not interested in that case because I may not join. For real!! Another 3 weeks later, they set up a technical interview because <reasons>. It went well. They said I got selected, and I should send them current payslips, etc. After that, just silence. The recruiter simply doesn't take my calls anymore.
